Pizza Menu and Order Form
Pear and Honey £11 (v) - Pear, chilli and basil on a mozzarella and Cerwyn cheese base, garnished with Dyfi Valley honey and toasted hazelnuts (WHEAT, MILK, Hazel NUTS). Add pancetta £12.
N’Duja and Garden Pesto £11 - With mozzarella, chilli flakes and pickled ‘wet’ garlic on a tomato base (WHEAT, MILK, NUTS).
Roasted Garden Vegetables (ve) £10 - seasonal vegetables from our garden or other local market gardens, on a tomato base with herb oil. Garnished with fresh greenhouse tomatoes. (WHEAT). Add Halloumi £11 (WHEAT, MILK)
Mushroom and Roasted Leek (ve) £9 - Chestnut mushrooms, Dyfi Valley ‘penny bun’ mushroom powder, and home-grown leeks. On a tomato base (WHEAT) + mozzarella £11 (MILK)
One for the Kids (v) £4.50 - Home-grown tomato sauce and grated Calon Wen cheddar (WHEAT, MILK)
Pepperoni £10 - Spicy pork and beef ‘Trealy Farm’ pepperoni and mozzarella, on a tomato base. (WHEAT, MILK)
Double Pepperoni £12 - as above but with at least 12 slices of pepperoni (WHEAT, MILK)
Margherita (v) £7 - tomato, basil and Dyfi Dairy mozzarella (WHEAT, MILK)
Vegan Puttanesca £9 - black olives, caper, red onion, chilli and parsley on a tomato base (WHEAT)
Puttanesca + Mozzarella £11 - black olives, anchovies, capers, red onion, chilli and parsley on a tomato and mozzarella base (WHEAT, MILK)
