Pizza Menu and Order Form

Quattro Caws £11 - a Welsh take on an Italian classic with Italian mozzarella and three Welsh cheeses - Cerwyn, Caws Cenarth Smoked Caerfilli and Trefaldwyn Blue. On a tomato base. (WHEAT, MILK).

Pizza Florentina £11 - Spinach and egg on a tomato base with mozzarella, black pepper and grated Teifi Mature (WHEAT, MILK, EGG)

N’Duja and Garden Pesto £11 - With mozzarella, chilli flakes and pickled ‘wet’ garlic on a tomato base (WHEAT, MILK, NUTS). 

Roasted Garden Vegetables (ve) £10 - seasonal vegetables from our garden or other local market gardens, on a tomato base with herb oil. Garnished with fresh greenhouse tomatoes. (WHEAT). Add Halloumi £11 (WHEAT, MILK)

One for the Kids (v) £4.50 - Home-grown tomato sauce and grated Calon Wen cheddar (WHEAT, MILK) 

Pepperoni £10 - Spicy pork and beef ‘Trealy Farm’ pepperoni and mozzarella, on a tomato base. (WHEAT, MILK)

Double Pepperoni £12 - as above but with at least 12 slices of pepperoni (WHEAT, MILK)

Margherita (v) £7 - tomato, basil and Dyfi Dairy mozzarella (WHEAT, MILK)

Vegan Puttanesca £9 - black olives, caper, red onion, chilli and parsley on a tomato base (WHEAT)

Puttanesca + Mozzarella £11 - black olives, anchovies, capers, red onion, chilli and parsley on a tomato and mozzarella base (WHEAT, MILK)
